About Us

Group Classes

Our workouts are tailored to help you become the best athletic version of yourself in terms of speed, agility, mobility, strength, endurance and proprioception. All classes are structured in a group class setting with certified trainers to help you every step of the way in becoming the best athlete you can be.  We work on flexibility and mobility training, followed by a strength training protocol, and ending with a fast-paced circuit to have you incorporate all components of what you learn, bundled into one.  All workouts are structured to have you go at your own pace (based upon each individual), and can be scaled according to each person’s level of performance.  This means that age, body type, and experience are not crucial factors, and that anyone can simply join and participate!

Personal Training & Group Personal Training
